Beautiful vibrant red in colour, this wine from the Douro region, reveals highly aromatic, refined and elegant fragrances of very ripe red fruits such as red plum, supported by discreet and well-integrated vanilla that rises invitingly from the glass.

Very rich on the palate, full of aromatic notes reminiscent of very ripe red fruits with smooth yet present tannins and balanced acidity. Very well-structured, it is quite flavourful, offering a smooth and highly pleasant finish.

Ideal with game, Italian, poultry, red meats and roasts.

It is the flagship brand of Lavradores de Feitoria, having been the first to emerge from the concept of unity: it combines three native grape varieties from the three sub-regions: Baixo Corgo, Cima Corgo, and Douro Superior. Partially aged in wood, it is a profile that combines fruit, freshness, and structure, a trio that ensures good potential for evolution in the bottle.

Sourced from vines over 30 years old, planted in schist soils. Manual harvest in small boxes. Vinification and fermentation in stainless steel and barrel. Aging: 50% of the blend in stainless steel, 25% in new French oak barrels, and 25% in second-year French oak barrels for 12 months.

Lavradores de Feitoria Três Bagos Reserve red wine has good gastronomic potential and a wide range of pairing possibilities. It can be enjoyed on its own or paired with white meat dishes, red meat, feathered game, and some fur game dishes. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Lavradores de Feitoria, Vinhos de Quinta S.A. is a unique project, created in September 2000 as a result of the union of 15 farmers, owners of 18 estates distributed across the best terroirs of the Douro, spread across the three sub-regions (Baixo Corgo, Cima Corgo, and Douro Superior). Currently, the company's structure includes 48 shareholders, of which 15 are grape producers, and 19 estates. Together, they comprise a total vineyard area of over 600 hectares. These producers - with distinct stakes in the company's capital, under a single brand, a single winery, and a single winemaking team - came together to share resources and create synergies to achieve what they could not alone. For the first time in the Douro, a group of determined locals combined knowledge and experience, innovation, and tradition. A collective and supportive effort that marked a new era for the Douro. Sharing and association, coordinated in a modern, reasonable, and intelligent manner, are the underlying values of Lavradores de Feitoria. The goal from the outset was to create balanced, elegant wines with aging potential, based on a declared commitment to the excellence and tradition of the Douro. With 19 estates spread throughout the Douro, Lavradores de Feitoria manages to obtain the best raw material, with grapes of all varieties (even the lesser-known ones), vines of all ages, planted at various altitudes, with different exposures, in a huge diversity of soils.

You're Overpaying for French Wine Because You Don't Know About Portugal

Here's what other wine producing countries don't want you to know:

Portugal makes wines just as good, sometimes better, for half the price. Everyone’s been trained to worship the same names: Bordeaux, Burgundy, Napa, Tuscany. But here’s the uncomfortable truth those wine giants don’t want you to hear:

Portugal is making wines just as exceptional, and often better, for a fraction of the price.

And no, this isn’t a budget alternative. It’s a massive blind spot in the wine world. While the rest of the planet keeps pumping out the same 12 internationally famous grape varieties - Cabernet, Merlot, Syrah, Chardonnay - Portugal has been doing something radically different.

They’ve quietly preserved more than 250 indigenous grapes you can’t find anywhere else on Earth.

Not copies. Not variations. Completely unique varieties with flavours, aromas, and textures you’ve literally never tasted before.

That £80 Cabernet you just splurged on? Portugal has wines made from grapes you’ve never even heard of… and they’ll absolutely stun you, for £20–£30.

Imagine discovering flavours that feel familiar and completely new.

Imagine drinking wine that feels like a secret... because hardly anyone else knows about it yet.
