Made from a blend of indigenous grape varieties from the Azores (70%) and various European grape varieties (30%). After careful grape selection, fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15ºC. Aging on fine lees for 4 months, after which the wine was bottled.
