About this Wine

Crafted from grapes grown in clay-limestone and schist soils, this Loios Red reflects the authentic character of Alentejo.

The harvest is carried out both mechanically and by hand, depending on the vineyard plot. After crushing and destemming, the grapes undergo a 24-hour maceration before fermenting at controlled temperatures in rotating tanks.

Elegant and versatile, it pairs beautifully with red meats, poultry, and pasta dishes.
