The producer, tasting note:
Greenish yellow colour. Intense citrus notes, grapefruit and some floral aromas, with a fresh, delicate and markedly mineral aroma. In the mouth it is enveloping and very elegant, with good acidity. The finish is fresh, with good citrus and mineral notes.

I lectured in Portugal during the ‘70’s, ‘80’s and ‘90’s.
‘ The Vinho verdhe from Moncao was an absolute favourite which I enjoyed greatly in the Fado houses of Alfama . The Muralhas is not only a nostalgic reminder of good friends but a reminder of the guality and extreme drinkability of one of the great historic wines of Portugal.
A safe and quick delivery. The wine is delicious, perfect as a light drink at lunch or with cheese or fish. Really enjoyed it! Will buy more.

Those delightful apricot, peach, citrus and floral notes are satisfyingly intense in the flavour. A delicious wine. I’ve ordered another bottle.
